Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases of our AI tools and online services unless otherwise discussed and outlined in our working agreement.

Non-returnable Items

Since our products are digital and services are online-based, there are no physical items to return. This policy applies to all AI tools and services provided by Elite Team AI.

Late or missing refunds

In the rare event that a refund is issued, and you have not received it within 7 business days, please first check your bank account again, then follow up for verification from info@eliteteam.ai . Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@eliteteam.ai.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if there is a defect or issue with the service provided. If you encounter a problem, please contact us at info@eliteteam.ai, and we will work to resolve the issue.
